Overseas Delivery

If you are located outside the UK, please register with mart safety, please note carriage charges overseas are dependent on weight, any queries, please contact us.

Returns

You may return all products shipped by Mart Safety within 10 days of the date of despatch from our warehouse. Mart Safety Ltd will also pay for the carriage costs should the reason for the return was due to the wrong or faulty products being supplied.

To arrange a return please contact us on 0870 1161329. We will then issue you with a returns number and arrange the collection on our approved carrier.

Refunds

We will process refunds for products provided that we have supplied them directly to you. In the event that you have bought one of our products from a distributor or reseller you should address your concerns to them. Refunds will be made for any wrong or faulty products supplied subject to them being returned within 30 days of the despatch date. In addition, refunds will be also be made on any item returned for any reason provided that it is unused and in it’s original packaging. Please note that unfortunately will be unable to refund the cost of any goods returned damaged or having obvious signs of use.

You can expect a refund within 10 days of the goods being returned. The repayment will be by the same method that you paid for the goods in the first instance. Should we for any reason decide that a refund is not in order we will contact you during the 10 day period to discuss the matter in detail.
